How do I turn a product photo into a video?
- Choose a photo or a castOpen a finished photo and choose Make a video, or choose Product video on Home and pick up to three people, what each wears, and a scene.
- Pick the lookChoose a motion or write your own, then Tall 9:16 (4, 6 or 8 seconds) or Square 1:1 (5 seconds), Standard or Full HD. Videos are silent unless you describe a sound.
- Get your clipIt appears under the shoot with a play button. Save it or share it. If it fails, your credits come straight back.

How much does it cost?
Priced per second
5 credits per second, Standard
- Full HD 1080p is 10 credits per second, on the 8 second tall clip.
- Example: a 6 second Standard clip is 30 credits, and the 8 second Full HD clip is 80. A 5 second square clip is 25 credits, or 50 in Full HD.
- Sound costs nothing extra. The price on the button updates as you choose.
- Adding your own photos (a friend, a bag) costs nothing extra: it happens in the same step as the video.

Good to know
Before you start
- Videos are made for adult models and for ghost mannequins. Models under 18 never get videos.
- Preset motions stay in place, so the person does not walk out of frame.
- Videos are silent by default, which suits shops that ask for it. Describe a sound in your own words if you want one.
- If a video can't be made, you are not charged.
- Every video carries an AI-generated tag in the file.

How long can a video be?
4, 6 or 8 seconds tall, or 5 seconds square. Tall clips are priced per second: an 8 second Standard clip is 40 credits.
Which shapes can I make?
Tall 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, or Square 1:1 for feeds and marketplaces that take square video.
Can I use my own idea for the motion?
Yes. Choose Your own, describe what happens in up to 300 characters and add up to 4 of your own photos (a friend, a bag), using each one in your words as @name. It is one step: we put them into the first frame, then make the video.
Do I lose credits if the video fails?
No. If we can't make it, your credits are given back and you can try again with the same choices.
Can I make a video of a kids model?
No. Videos are for adult models and ghost mannequins only.
