Which should I choose: a pack or a plan?
A one-time pack suits one seller who makes photos now and then: buy once, no subscription, and the credits never expire. A monthly plan suits a team: it gives your brand a shared studio with seats for everyone, a fresh batch of credits each month at a lower price per photo, and roles so each person sees only what they need. How brands work.
How many photos do I get?
One product photo uses 5 credits, so divide the credits by 5: 10 photos from Starter, 30 photos from Seller, 100 a month on Pro and 400 a month on Business. Making a photo again costs the same as a new one.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire while your account is open, whether they come from a pack, a top-up or a monthly plan. When a plan ends, the brand keeps its credits and everyone keeps their place, but only the Owner can make photos. The team can still open the brand, see its shoots and save photos. How do upgrades, fewer seats and cancelling work?
An upgrade, or more seats, starts at once: you pay the difference for the rest of the month and get that share of the extra credits straight away. Who counts as a seat?
Every member of a brand is a seat: the Owner, Admins, Creators and Reviewers. Someone who only needs to approve photos can use a free review link instead, with no account. A brand with no plan has one seat, its Owner.
What is the Brand plan?
The Brand plan is priced per seat and runs your photos, edits, product readings and listings on your brand's own OpenAI account, so OpenAI bills you directly for that use. You choose what runs on your key, on brand credits, or not at all. Product videos still use brand credits. How your own key works.
Are taxes included?
Yes. Prices include GST in India and other applicable VAT, GST or sales tax elsewhere. Every payment comes with an invoice by email.
Are these prices permanent?
These are introductory prices. We will announce any change in advance. Credits you have already bought keep their value: credits never expire.
What costs credits besides photos?
Each tool has its own credit price, listed in the table on this page and always shown on the button before you confirm. Describing a pose or scene in words, choosing a frame or expression, sharing a creation with the community (up to two a day), downloads, review links and product photo uploads are free.
Can I create my own model?
Yes. Describe a face, hair and body and choose from three faces made by AI, or use a real adult from one to three photos (only with their permission). A round covers two attempts; the Business plan includes one round a month. Your model is private to your studio or brand. If nothing usable is made, the credits come back.
What happens if a photo fails?
Its credits come back to your account automatically. You can also make any photo again with a different pose, scene or a note on what to change, and every version is kept.
Can I get a refund?
Credit packs and monthly credits are non-refundable, except if your credits never arrived, you were charged twice, or the law requires it. Credits for a photo that fails always come back on their own. Refund policy.
How can I pay?
Cards from anywhere, plus UPI and RuPay in India, and wallets or local methods where available. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our seller of record. Monthly plans can only be bought and managed on the website, by the brand's Owner; the Aaina phone app can't buy plans. In the phone app, packs are bought through the App Store or Google Play.
